Order

Unfortunately there is no possibility to buy or pick up the goods directly from us.

If an article is currently not in stock, you can be notified by email as soon as it is available again. In the affected article you will find the possibility to register for the notification.

After you have placed your order and we have received payment, your package will be packed and handed over to DHL.

As soon as your goods have been shipped, it usually takes 1 - 3 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.


Payment Option

We offer you the following payment options: PayPal Plus, credit card, Giropay, Sofort, eps, iDEAL, Amazon Pay and prepayment transfer.

Complaint / problems with delivery

If you have any complaints or problems that arise during delivery, please contact our customer service. We will help you immediately: service@motodox.de or by phone: +49 (0) 6021 454 80 0.


Withdrawal / return

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

We will then refund the full sales price, including the shipping costs, to you.

You have the option to return your order unused within 30 days.
